These Terms of Service govern your use of the game Full Dead: A Story Game. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You may use the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, or reverse-engineer the game code, assets, or underlying mechanics without explicit permission.
The game is sold as a single one-time purchase that includes all chapters and endings. It contains no in-app purchases, no advertisements, and no subscriptions. Payment is processed securely by the Apple App Store. Refunds and payment issues are subject to Apple's policies.
All content within the game, including but not limited to graphics, videos, storyline, music, and code, is the intellectual property of the developer (Yunus Emre Bas). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free across all devices and operating system versions.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the game.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the game following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
